Payment and Ordering Information

Payment: We accept credit card payments through Paypal, Visa & Mastercard, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check. We do require a 10 day clearing period on Personal Checks prior to shipment of items.

Layaway: We do offer interest free layaway plans up to 12 months on orders over $1000 on an individual basis. Under $1000 layaways can be arranged up to 9 months. Monthly payments, term of layaway and specific amounts will be calculated based upon the purchase price of the item. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to initate a layaway and will be deducted from the purchase price of the item. You will have 3 days after start of layaway to cancel the item. After that time layaway items cannot be canceled for refund, exchange or store credit.

Pre-Sales & Special Orders: A non-refundable 20% of purchase price is required on all special orders. Special Orders cannot be cancelled. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. We require 20% non-refundable deposit on pre-orders as well. Deposit is required on all pre-orders, special orders and to initiate a layaway. ALL DEPOSITS ON PRE-ORDERED DOLLS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE NOR ARE THEY TRANSFERRABLE. In the event that a layaway is cancelled or payment is not made according to the agreed upon schedule, the deposit and all subsequent payments are forfeited. In addition, if a special arrangement has been made to ship the items prior to completion of payment, the payment agreement must be strictly adhered to. If a payment is missed for any reason, we will require payment to be made in full within 15 days. If we have arranged a monthly credit card debit, the item will be billed in full. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Sale & Clearance Items: All Sale & Clearance items are Final Sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged for another item. This includes any and all Ebay auction items that sell below Retail Price. Any item that is discounted in any way from retail price is considered a sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns: We will accept returns with prior authorization within 7 days of receipt of item for damaged merchandise only. Annette Himstedt dolls are only considered defective if the Himstedt Company deems them so and agrees to correct the problem. Anything else is not considered "damage" and is therefore not returnable. Shipping charges are never refunded.

Shipping Information: Shipments will be made by FedEx or UPS Ground Shipping to include Delivery Confiramtion & Applicable Insurance. Actual Shipping & Handling Charges will be calculated upon submission of order. USPS Priority mail may be used for smaller items or at customer's request and exact cost.

Sales Tax: California residents are required to pay 7.75% Sales Tax on all orders placed and shipped within the State of California.
